Cheesecake Factory - wow.  So many cheesecakes, so little time.  My favorite is the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cheesecake.  This place serves a full menu, good food, enormous portions - but you must save room for the cheesecake!  Non cheesecake lovers, try the Strawberry Shortcake.  Wow.  There is almost always a long wait to get in, but don't despair, you can get carryout!  5335 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, (202) 364-0500
